i seem to notice on this diet that wen i do exercise i feel alot slimmer!! also wen i get on the treadmill im sweating after minutes!! its weird, i tried weight watchers a few weeks ago and i didnt sweat for at least a half hour! so i know for definite this is workin, i cant wait for my weigh in on thursday!!! :D
