I've noticed a few posts about 30DS.

I've started this AGAIN 2nite! I no I won't do 30days str8 but was hoping 2 do 4 times a wk.

I am jst wanting 2 find out other ppls thots & experiences with this & any other similar DVDs. Recommendations?!
