its 20 minutes a day and its meant as everyday for 30 days, as you can see by the 30 day shred thread nicki and lauren are onto thier second 30 day period
You may be a bit tired the first two week to add some exercise so I think that week three will be a good one to start your shred,don't worry there is always somebody here who you can join and do it with.Good luck on starting you CD plan and wellcome.
