    Wondered how long or how often you can do it?

    its 20 minutes a day and its meant as everyday for 30 days, as you can see by the 30 day shred thread nicki and lauren are onto thier second 30 day period

    i'm going to start it today. i've had it in my cd box with my shakes and gillian's been looking at me all xmas lol :)

    When should I start it? I'm restarting tomorrow, should I leave it a little while before I start or can I start as soon as I get it?

    You may be a bit tired the first two week to add some exercise so I think that week three will be a good one to start your shred,don't worry there is always somebody here who you can join and do it with.Good luck on starting you CD plan and wellcome.
