Well here I am again, after managing to lose 36lbs over the summer ready for my holiday I have put back on 20lbs since 1st Aug!!! I have three weeks supply left of Exante which I am using up before going to Rosemary Conley to try and lose the the last bit and to learn how to keep it off. I have lost 8.6lbs this week. Very happy and now weigh 11.12lbs and feeling a lot more positive then I did this time last week.
