    After whinging yesterday that the scales didn't seem to be moving, I've just had my WI and have lost...

    5lbs!!!!!!

    I am delighted, I honestly thought I'd be lucky to lose 2lbs this week! This diet is fantastic :bliss:

    Oh and this morning I tried on a pair of trousers that I could only just fasten up before I started CD, they fitted perfectly and I wore them to work today :)
