    hi Poppy,
Very well done on an excellent weight loss again. I don't have any tips for you but look around here people will have posted on it. Would you not try to keep it up on holidays, I only say because I am due to go away in August and I know I will not be at goal weight and I intend to stay on the diet even then (once I am still on it at that stage and not fallen off the wagon by then). I know lots of others have done it whilst on holiday and have posted on here.

    Hi Poppy100

Fantastic weight loss for 3 weeks....If I were in your shoes I would do as the others have suggested. Take shakes and have a high protein, low fat meal at night.
Why put on all that you have lost and be back at square one when you come back. Just too much work.
You have come this far!! I am sure you can enjoy yourself on holiday without falling off the diet.
I wish you all the best though and hope you make the right decision.
Like JanD said, depends what you want most.
