and i put on half a pound :rolleyes: HOWEVER, i'm not blaming the plan in any way, as it was my own stupid fault and i know EXACTLY where i went wrong!

i had 6 pancakes that i forgot to count, i ate loads of biscuits over the weekend, had a big carby dinner late last night, i guesstimated a lot of stuff (including milk and cheese) this week, and i'm due on in the next week or so.

back to basics and i WILL get it, plus at least another 1lb, off next week! :D xx
 
sometimes at the time them biscuits seem worthwhile lol untill weigh in that is x
