    well after a week of temptations managed to stay on plan even if water intake all over the place and lack of sleep had a long weekend away still managed to lose 5lb fairy happy with myself

    5lbs is ace! Specially on week 3 as it seems many ppl (inc myself!) seem to struggle to lose a good amount on this week.
