So, the last 6 months I've put on nearly 2 stone 😯 had a bit of a bad year but now ready to get this weight off and get back to my usual fit and healthy self.

Only decided thus morning that I would try Sw again. So food won't be too great today, need to get a shop in.

Breakfast- 3 Linda McCartney vege sausages (1.5)

Lunch- potato wedges, 2 Linda McCartney rosemary and red onions sausages, beans, salad and 30g cheese (HEXA)

Dinner- will be a vegetable soup that I whizzed up in the soup maker.

Not sure on my HEXB choice, don't think I have anything in.
