4 stone 3lbs lost in 11 weeks YES im half way.

Almost fell off the scale at todays wi was so not expecting a 7lb loss especially in week 11 it was such a big shock so 2 little milestones for me hit the 4st loss mark AND im in the 15's Im 4lbs away from being half way to my goal... im so happy WOO HOO a big thanks to everyone on here for all the amazing support i know with it i will lose the next 4.5st and be at goal
