4 stones to lose and embracing every day!

I'm back calorie counting as i find it the easiest thing to do. This will be my food and exercise diary update. I have about 4 stones to lose but with the summer coming that is motivation enough.
I'm going to try to stick to 1000-1200 calories a day which may be too low but i will see how i go
