    2 stone in exactly 4 weeks is amazing, and something i never thought i could achieve... :D

    time for celebrations.... NOT! :(

    it is aam this week so im hoping to have a STS and not a gain. I would love a loss but to stay at 12,1 would be fabby

    28lbs down and 22 to go!

    Brilliant , well done. You should have a loss doing aam just remember to stick to the portion sizes.

    its the 1st time i have ever stuck to a diet.
    used to drink 5l a day when i started but that has dwindled to 2-3l a day since i felt queasy at weekend... think i was drinking too much.

    Yes 5 is alot , how many are you drinking now ?
    Thats it if i'm going out i try to drink less .... but if i'm in i feel thats all i'm doing drinking lol . You have done great in 4 weeks .

    wow, that's great going!!! I drank 5l one day and felt really queasy for the next couple of days as well, so I'm convinced it's the water!!! now I stick to 2.5-3 and feel fine..
