4 weeks running challenge

I am fairly new to running, but have built up from February 2014 to being able to run 10k. As my holiday is now exactly 4 weeks away, I thought I would set myself a challenge of running a set number of miles over the next 4 weeks and see how I do. Anyone who would like to join in let me know!!

Fab!!! So excited. Mine is pretty high but really want to push myself and no events to train for so it's my bit of motivation

I'm in :) I mostly do HIT training so not many miles I'm afraid but put me down for say 20? Will give that a go xx

Definitely do-able.
I've got running club tonight 3rd time going, looking at 5-6 miles tonight.... Actually scared lol
 
4.8 miles tonight 49 minutes but there were a few inclines which nearly killed me!

Well done ladies, I need to get a move on! Been doing more at home training so no running for a few days, going to try to get out in the morning!xx
 
4.3 miles today!! I are too close to the run though was aiming for 5 miles but was hurting.

I'll say 35 miles which needs at least one long run a week.
I did 3.75 on Sunday. Will go out tonight (probably 3miles tonight but will report back). Great idea!
