40th Birthday Campaign -My Journey Stats (11 weeks and counting)

I am 5'5.75'' age 39
Start: 202.6 lbs (BMI 33.0)
Aim: To be maintaing a healthy lifestyle and weight (BMI 21-22) by my 40th birthday in May.
Plan: Use SnS to get the worst of my excess weight off, then slowly swap to calorie controlled healthy eating whilst simulaneously increasing exercise.
Records: I WI daily and record every Saturday. I take my measurements every time I hit a whole BMI number (and record new bra sizes as and when it becomes obvious I need to downsize). I am going to split my weight loss into phases ranging from 1 week to 12 weeks.

Phase 1 (Cutting down calories using old exante packs and wise choices):

13 days: -6.0 lbs (BMI 32.0) 196.6 lbs Total Loss = 6.0 lbs

Phase 2 (SnS 100% - 4 packs a day + milk allowance + 200g veg):

Week 1: - 4.4 lbs (BMI 31.3) 192.2 lbs Total Loss = 4.4 lbs (10.6 lbs)
Week 2: - 3.8 lbs (BMI 30.6) 188.4 lbs Total Loss = 8.2 lbs (14.2 lbs)
Week 3: - 3.4 lbs (BMI 30.1) 185.0 lbs Total Loss = 11.6 lbs (17.6 lbs)
Week 4: - 3.8 lbs (BMI 29.5) 181.2 lbs Total Loss = 15.4 lbs (21.4 lbs)
Week 5: - 2.6 lbs (BMI 29.1) 178.6 lbs Total Loss = 18.0 lbs (24.0 lbs)
Week 6: - 3.6 lbs (BMI 28.5) 175.0 lbs Total Loss = 21.6 lbs (27.6 lbs)

Time spent in each 10 lb bracket during this campaign:

190s - 17 days (includes time dieting but not doing SnS)
180s - 19 days
170s - 22 days
160s - in there now!

UGH! I have a decision to make today.

I basically stalled this week (I expected to lose less as I am mid-cycle and that always affects me, but not this much so far on SnS) with the following daily weights:

SAT: 167.8
SUN:167.2
MON:167.0
TUE: 167.4
WED: 167.2
THU: 167.2
FRI: 167.6
SAT: 166.8

Managed to get a 1 lb loss this week.

I know that this is pretty normal for 10+ weeks into a diet (the same thing happens no matter what diet I am doing - definitely had this happen twice with WW before things got moving again) but I am wondering whether it is a sign to take food break now (which is actually more convenient than waiting another three weeks + it spaces it out better with Christmas) or even do a refeed and swap onto a LCD + exercise for a while.

I think the main thing though is that I need to make an absolute decision very soon and stick with it, at least until next Saturday. I might start a thread asking for advice...
