Mango, Melon, Pineapple & Nectarine fruit salad
Coffee with vanilla rice milk (HEA)

Lunch
2 bananas and 1 orange
1 options hot choc - 3 syns
1 slice of rye bread (HEB) + light butter

Snack
1/2 a massive Melon!!

Dinner
Corn on the cob
BBQ chicken - skin removed - 5 syns for BBQ marinade tho most of that came off with the skin!!
Butternut squash
Salad
Honey + Mustard FF dresing - 1 syn

OD on fruit today!! Was just in a fruity mood! Lots of sugar tho!

Snack
FF cottage cheese with celery + carrot sticks
0% onken honey yogurt - syns???

Feeling so hopeless and useless...........gained another 5lbs! Need to control my sugar cravings and night time binges!

homemade coleslaw (1 syn)

Rainbow Trout with roasted butternut squash, courgettes, corn cob, peas and mashed potato chilli sauce (1 syn)

Crumble and custard (3 syns)

Pear and low fat yogurt

2 spicy chicken drumsticks skins removed

salad and low fat dressing

Low fat yogurt, marmalade, muesli and mango and pear 2 syns

Hoping this is ok for a red day!
