4th week and I messed up!!

Hi guys...

So this is my 4th week... Wanting to lose 3-4 stones .. SW= 12.10 I managed to get down to 11.12 at the end of 3rd week!! However this week hasn't been good ended up having rice so that's carbs! Birthday cake! Tea with milk And abit of fizzy too! Feel awful been back on it today with my 3 products and water but I really hope I haven't gained all I lost on next weighing
