Thank you. I have done so many re starts now - it's just rediculous. This one has to be it. Xx

Hi Rachel - great to see you again. Found the site is back up and running again and it is a good job as I have lost the plot since December and decided today is the day to start again. Hope to hear from you soon.

Well here we go again, back with my usual failings.

I am doing WW still but really struggling as the losses aren't what I am used to. Only 19lb since end of Feb. So am thinking of combining 16:8 with I to hopefully speed things up a bit. I don't expect to lose 5lb every week or anything I just want and need consistent losses. My motivation is zero so hoping this will give me the boost I need. I realised (thanks to Lexie) that this forum was what I was missing too, all the support I always got from you all here really helped so much!!

So this week even after I have been on bike rides, managed a 14.5k (not much for some but its huge for me) I was looking at a 7 or 8 maybe more gain so what did I do but eat everything, stupid stupid stupid. Just don't expect to gain when doing exercise. So going to give WW class a miss tomorrow and get myself back on track.

Vertigo playing up today and medication is making me drowsy so not done any exercise. Will sit tonight and plan my food properly. Planning is definitely key to making it work too and I haven't been doing it enough lately - have got lazy.

Hope you are all doing well. Xx

Sorry to hear your vertigo is playing up. Don't be so hard on yourself i'd love to have lost 20lbs so far! nice to see you back! Been hoping oldies would come back :) xx

Welcome back honey, you can do this xx

Thanks Lexie, you can keep me in check and on the straight and narrow xx

Thanks PR, where is your diary now? Is it a new one? Xx

You can do it.. Just keep trying ! :)

Yes exercise can definitely make you gain on the scales .. Just remember exercise gives you NSV so keep checking measurements and also how you feel, can you cycle easier, longer etc .. 14km is a long way !! Carry on just don't push your self too hard every day :)

Thanks Tara, wise words as always.

So we are going away for two nights, leaving first thing tomorrow morning and won't be back until Monday evening. So I can safely say points most likely won't be counted until Tuesday. But we don't get away often and we deserve it. Just heading to the beach so it won't be crazy food either. Its not a commercialised area so no fairs with the usual temptations of donuts, burgers, sweets etc. Just us, the sand and the sea oh and a good book

Enjoy your time away ! I love going to the beach, lots of swimming and soaking up the sun with my factor 30 on ;) need some vitD getting through.. Factor 50 is too much, I stay moonlite white lol

Hope your staying somewhere nice ..

19lbs since Feb is still good :) even if the losses aren't consistent it's all going in the right direction.

I'm with you though, not enough planning has been happening (and if it has happened then it hasn't been followed!)

Did you have a good weekend?
