Attack 5 days on attack phase done

Hi to all
I've just done 5 days on attack phase and feeling really pleased as i have lost 9 pounds. Today is my first day on cruise and a little worried that i am going to put weight back on eating veggies aswell, i am going to TRY really hard to only get weighed once a week and hope for the best.

so far today i have eaten
Breakfast: Yoghurt with 1.5 oatbran
snack: Crabsticks x 2
Lunch: 1 egg onion omllette
Dinner: shepperd pie instead of potatoes using coliflour with green beans
Snack tin of fish

lost of water and 2 coffees
 
Congrats. and well done on your 5 days attack. 9lbs is a great start to your programme. Do as the Dr. states and eat your veg and enjoy it on your PV days, you will loose weight and feel the better for it. Of course the more you loose the harder it is to shift, but it will shift and you will get to your TW before you know it. How many weeks do you have to do cruise?
