Hi peeps, could someone please tell me the sin value for these or if they can be used as a HE??? Im going back to slimming world next week but starting on my own this week and i fort these could be healthier choice then bread????

They are 8 syns each. Not sure if you can use as HEXB - theoretically you should be (HEXB = 2 syns) but you better double check.

You can't use them as hexb.... Health extras must fit certain nutritional requirements. There are only 2 pitta breads allowed as hexb I think they are coop and tesco whole meal ones.

I have cut down on bread and allow myself 1 WM pitta (ASDA, CO-OP) as HEXB (on EE)
