50/50 or best of both

Hi all can anyone tell me the syns for best of both or 50/50 bread
I fancy making a type of Melba Gaelic bread to go with my free bolognaise
I've not used any syns today just wondered how brown brown bread has to be to count as an he

Brown bread can't be used as HEb - it's only wholemeal for HEb.

1 thin slice of white bread from 800g loaf = 3.5 syns - medium = 4 syns, thick = 5 syns, extra thick = 6 syns
1 thin slice of brown bread from 800g loaf = 3 syns, medium = 3.5 syns, thick = 4.5 syns
