50 calories 1 point and bernard matthews turkey steak

    Hi am tryin to work out the propoints for a turkey steak my calculator purple one says 4 points I make it 5 it has 256 calories iv always worked stuff out by calories as 50 is 1 point does anyone else do this x

    I always thought that 40kcals was 1pp and 80kcals of exercise was 1ap

    I thought it was 50cals...

    See just goes to show how much I *should* be using my calculator all the time!!

    I use 40 cals as 1pp if I can't find the points x

    Ok hun some people say dont do this as its some thing to do wit the fat its never do me any harm hows ur ww journey goin :)

    I don't think it always works out when there is high fat but it is usually 40 calories I believe.

    I don't think you need the steak question anymore lol but I usually go by the words in the packaging matching the app

    I do think thats better hun i have a vew times been a point down from what calculator says x
