50 reasons (and possibly more) to exercise challenge

    Hi all...
    I found an article online which shows 50 reasons to exercise so I've decided starting today (21/05/2014) that each day I'm going to record what exercises I am doing and give a reason why it's good to do it.
    Feel free to join in :)

    REASON 1:
    Lifts your mood

    I've just completed 50 minutes on the thigh trainer
    50 squats
    20 lunges
    10 press ups (on knees)

    I'm hoping this list will get better as I improve

    REASON 2: IMPROVES LEARNING ABILITIES

    1 hour walk today
    55 squats


    Legs are killing from yday

    REASON 3: BUILDS SELF ESTEEM

    60 squats and a bit of walking not much today cz I was working then went for a meal but better than nothing :)
