Hi everyone, been a memeber a while but not been dieting for the last 8 months.
Lost 2 stone last year but gave up the ghost after husband ran off with someone else :8855that's me celebrating on the floor).
Just jumped back on the scales (was too scared to before) and surprised have kept it off, barr a few pounds.
The major goal is to get to 11.5 stone so I have 4 st 7 lbs to go. SW has been a friend to me in the past so jumping back on it.
Fingers crossed will stick to it this time. Gonna pair it with the gym and above all a little thing I've found called ZUMBA! (it's an amazing salsa/aerobics workout).
Going to take it week by week and see how I get on. Will be after a few recipes and syn values as not going to classes and just doing it from here.
