Hi everyone, been a memeber a while but not been dieting for the last 8 months.

Lost 2 stone last year but gave up the ghost after husband ran off with someone else :8855:(that's me celebrating on the floor).

Just jumped back on the scales (was too scared to before) and surprised have kept it off, barr a few pounds.

The major goal is to get to 11.5 stone so I have 4 st 7 lbs to go. SW has been a friend to me in the past so jumping back on it.

Fingers crossed will stick to it this time. Gonna pair it with the gym and above all a little thing I've found called ZUMBA! (it's an amazing salsa/aerobics workout).

Going to take it week by week and see how I get on. Will be after a few recipes and syn values as not going to classes and just doing it from here.

Hi - just wanted to say that I hope it goes well for you.
Fantastic achievement in keeping the most of your weight off - esp. considering the circumstances - you must of learnt some good habits!
Enjoy!

Hello and well done to get back on the slimville wagon. I'm back this week too (Mon) and have a fair bit to loose as well. One step at at time, I think and getting your diary on here and linking into others too, is always good to motivate. Loads of support on here and be good to follow your journey. I have my diary on here, it you ever fancy popping in.

I love the diet and contemplated going back to CD, but loved eating, lol.. so for now, I'm here and did the EE day on Tues, looked at scales this morn (will have to stop doing that) and already a shift downwards :).

Get your recipes from on here too and try out new things. You will see from diary's what works and what doesn't. But having said that, everyone is different, and you'll get your head around what works for you too. I alternate my days, so EE, then Green and then Red and so on.. A bit more interesting that way too. Good luck, but really don't think you need it. x

Hi there.

Just wanted to say that you WILL do it.

I've 'played' at SW on and off a few times and generally done quite well but put in on again, not that I managed to lose a lot each time though (too many treats. . . .)

This time, I decided enough was enough.

I have been doing SW this time for 15 weeks and set myself a goal of losing 56 pounds.

It seemed like an impossible task, but I have now lost 45 pounds (3 Stone 3lb) and so have just 11lb left. :p

I've stuck to the plan 100% and now appreciate that this is a change for life. None of my clothes fit (they are all too big), but I don't care :)

Keep going, you are gonna do great!
