5lb off in first week

So friday was my weekly weigh in and i am so pleased with the result and myself. I managed to loose 5lbs and have managed to keep myself on track all week. I have no intention to eat bad foods at the moment but my birthday is coming up next friday so i will weigh myself in the morning and have a day off on my birthday, not to go mad but to just have a treat. :party0011:
