Aw thanks everyone im gonna do the refeed in 3 weeks il just see how much off this last stone i can shift then go on refeed for the last few pound i reckon it will slow down a bit now though cause im closer to goal xxx

Thats fab, its great to see your bmi reduce isnt it, before LT i never took any notice of mine, but now i find it another target as well as watching the lbs, you havnt got far to go now are you going to stay on TFR to lose the rest or go onto refeed?
