Had a very hard day today as i have been surrounded by people eating chips, cakes,scones and having to make packed lunches with lots of bread and nice stuff :(

I phoned my cd so i could arrange for some shakes to be swapped and she said she would check my weight instead of going back tomorrow and i had lost 8lb :happy036:

I am so pleased that i did not give in, mind i have a full week of this due to school holidays so it aint going to be easy!!!

And at least you are over the worst now - you should be well into ketosis, and therefore the temptation should be getting easier to resist... or does it ever ???

Superb loss Susie, you must be feeling so pleased that you resisted the food around you. Oh dear, the thought of scones - it must have been very difficult but you have been rewarded with the fabulous result at weigh-in.
Keep it up - not too far away from goal now!
