    Ok, I couldn't contain my curiosity any longer & googled this. The reviews are great so I decided I can't wait 6 wks for you to do it & I ordered a copy of the DVD!!! :rolleyes:

    Plan to start Friday so I have Saturday to recover if I'm sore!!

    It looks a step up from the Shred!!

    I've not done Shred so I'll have nothing to compare it to. Probably won't receive mine till Mon/Tues so you'll have a head start!

    Did my first workout.

    It was tough but not as tough as the Shred when I first started it!!

    Very sweaty but it is a hot muggy evening.

    Will see how I feel tomorrow. Xx

    I'm feeling ok this morning after yesterday's workout. I can feel in strange places I've been working out.

    I think the Shred prepared my muscles for this DVD. xx

    I thought I'd got away without any aches today - but by 3pm my lower back felt like I'd been kicked. - worked over by that Michaels woman!! xx
