I got smaller looses but was/ am always higher in my fasting kcal levels - due to being greedy/ hungry etc picking while cooking OH and kids dinners lol

Thanks for the reply. I have been on exante vlcd diet which I love but struggle to stick to so hence moved to I F but want to use shakes as I find it easier that way.
Have you checked your numbers on the online JUDDD calculator? They recommend using little or no exercises unless you do intensive exercising. Some find if they stray even a little from the calculated numbers they don't lose. UpDayDownDay Diet™ Plan – How to Succeed
