6AM GYM!!!

Well well well, I actually got up this morning at 6am... got all my gym stuff together and off i went to the Gym.

I said to my partner i was going to last night but he said you'll never get up at 6!! I worked out for about 35 Mins .. went and had a shower then on to work.

Just cant believe myself a few weeks ago before i started my Weight loss i would never have got up at 6am!

Sorry just wanted to share.... ummmm maybe im becoming a little gym bunny me thinks!!

Does anyone else prefer to go before work instead of at the end of the day?

My gym opens at 7:30 and I have to leave for work at 8, so I don't have time!

I go either after work, or on my days off (like today) I go whenever I'm free and have chance:)

Just got back from there actually, so I'm feeling proud of myself too :)

The gym is the only thing I've done consistently, I've flitted from diet to diet and yoyo-ed, but sticking to the gym has helped me to keep within an ok weight range while I've got my head together a bit more!!
