6lbs and I messed up 3 times

Ok, I messed up 3 times in my first week and still lost 6lbs! I'm amazed! I was ready for giving up and I had my weigh in and it made me want to carry on, can't wait to see what i lose when I don't cheat!
 
Well done that's the spirt the key thing is if your going to cheat have something with no carbs, eggs chicken, cheese. but try your best not to cheat as the more calories you have the less you will lose my friend.

I lost 10lb this week and then I gave into a chicken and mushroom I'm already worried about the consequence =(
