Well after last week's 7 pound loss I was a little disappointed only to have lost 3 pounds this week but really I should have been pleased. As pharmacist says that's 2.5 stone off in less than 6 weeks on LT and actually all together it's only 2 pounds away from an overall 3 stone loss!
I reminded myself that a 3 pound loss on SW would have had me cockahoop!
And taking the last 3 WIs together it's a 12 pound loss which is on average 4 lbs / week which is what I should expect.
So to cut a long story short I'm feeling ok about it now lol.
