Actually, I've been really lucky. None of the above except the hot flushes. (well...not that I've noticed!).

The flushes have been a blooming PITA! I'm on my 8th year of them I think they are actually beginning to improve now....just a bit. Huh flippin hurrah! Gone a whole day without having to change clothes!
