    I am not on a diet plan although I do see a dietician regularly. It's just sensible healthy eating and increased activity to start with.

    Hello again MamaB

    I am not on a diet either. I had some hypnotherapy earlier in the year to deal with my cognitive behaviour therapy and that has changed the way I look at food.

    I have also recently joined 30 minute workout for women place near me and I was daunted by it at first (gyms scare me) but I can do this and I really enjoy it.

    If I can do this ANYBODY can do th is :)
