and still lost 3lbs this week !!!!!

I did stick to the plan like glue after Friday night so i am soooooo pleased with my loss.

6 and a half pounds in two weeks and slimmer of the week......I am one happy girl today!

Missed out on my half a stone award by half a pound .....next week for definate!!
