Chicken and fajita seasoning in a wrap plus a bowl of salad? Or quorn meatballs with spaghetti and some tinned tomatoes with herbs? Huge packet ofstir fry veg with some noodles and stir fry sauce? X

I ended up having chicken tikka, 300g for 346 calories!, brown rice and salad! Came in at 550 so I had a milky way after! Very very full.

Thanks for the ideas! Definitely having one for tomo.

A Sainsbury's bean burger or two with some iceberg lettuce and balsamic vinegar. I add pumpkin seeds for protein.
