7lb since Saturday GONE :-)

Congratulations :) What is your weight loss plan?
 
Thanks rigby :) urm, mainly to increase exercise and eat lots but good foods, luckily with the weather being so hot this week, soups and salads have been all I can eat anyway not been paticualy hungry.. If I get the munchies vanilla yogurt with chopped banana fills a gap. I started taking diet pills too.I hope to lose a stone by 19.06.2012, and I hope to get to at least 12 stone by oct (2week holiday to Tunisia) 10 stone isn't overall goal but I think that may be a bit ambitious considering I actually haven't been 10 stone since I was about 10 yrs old. I have no idea if I can do it or not.
