Well I am back & fatter than ever!
I left SW thinking I could go it alone - Didnt work.
Had surgery at the beginning of August & I have been stuck at home eating & gained about a stone during this time.
I really need to look at it in a different way so I am going for a 7lbs a month mini goals to get me where I want to be.
So 1st mini goal - Lost 7lbs in September 2012 - Ready, Steady, Gooooooooooooooooooo
