I weighed in a day early today and only lost 2 lbs. I only have myself to blame cos I wasn't very good over the weekend as I was away and got tempted (no excuse I know). Oh well at least it's a loss...better than gaining I suppose.

week 1 = 6 lbs :D
week 2 = sts :sigh:
week 3 = 5 lbs :D
week 4 = sts :sigh:
week 5 = 3 lbs :D
week 6 = sts :confused:
week 7 = 2 lbs :) (my own fault)

start weight 17 st 4 lbs :eek:
current weight 16 st 2 lbs :cool:
total lost 16 lbs :D

A loss is still a loss hun and a 2lbs is a big loss if you look at it in perspective. Try lifting something that weighs 2lbs (like actual 2lb weights) and you will see how heavy it really is.

But i have to say you have done amazingly well to get to week 7. I'm still trying to get past week 1. You know now that your loss this week is due to a bit of a blip over the weekend so all you have to do is get back to 100% and you'll have a great loss for week 8.

Well done Popsie..I know you've been struggling at the moment so a 2lb loss is great. Draw a line under the blip and get back on plan with a vengeance. Have a good week.

Thank you all your comments have really motivated me. My daughter who is 21 started the plan yesterday, so I have to be a good example from now on as I really want her to succeed. Like me she is dangerously overweight and just going through it together we will be able to support each other.
Maybe baby you will succeed...the first week was the worst week for me but once you get through that you are well on your way to success. Well done to all of you and Good Luck xxx
