810 and impatient

    Hi Guys,

    I should be allowed on 810 from Wednesday but I am impatient and want to get an idea from now.

    I had a look at the site and it says:

    • Three Cambridge meals
    • 175g portion of poultry meat (without skin or fat)
    • 275g portion of white fish
    • 275g quorn or tofu
    • 325g reduced fat cottage cheese
    • 250g plain cottage cheese
    • 3tbsp 'white or green' vegetables (cooked or raw)
    • 340ml skimmed milk
    Continue to drink at least 2.25l (4 pts) of water per day.

    So it that three cambridge meals and ONE of those or is it a combination?

    I am a veggie so I'm looking only at these really:

    • Three Cambridge meals
    • 275g quorn or tofu
    • 325g reduced fat cottage cheese
    • 250g plain cottage cheese
    • 3tbsp 'white or green' vegetables (cooked or raw)
    • 340ml skimmed milk
    What would I day look like. I am sort of quessing I'm not eating quorn AND cottage chese AND veg AND shakes AND milk in one day?

    But what is the combination? I wanna go shopping!

    It's the three shakes, the skimmed milk, and ONE protein option plus 3 tbs of Green/White veg.

    You could have ½ a portion of Quorn and ½ a portion of Cottage cheese. And also Tofu is fine, but I don't know the quantities allowed - it is in the booklet though.

    I am nervous. I still have a fair bit of weight to lose and I've liked being away from the temptation of food.

    I had one of my husband's bars the other day and it was like that scene from The Simpsons with Barney and the alcohol-free wine!

    "IT BEEEGGGIIIINNNNSSS..." I didn't binge though!
