Did you start on 810 from day 1. Your losses are great.
no, ive been on 200kcal meal, im trying the 810 for a few weeks as i was getting bored with the 200 meal, i can have prawns on 810 wooohhooo, even halving the 2% fat c/cheese to 162grams is a lot,thinking about it deep down im wondering if its going to make me more hungry, dont know till you try tho huh:D
Being a dumb man...what is the 820 diet?

I see you can have prawns....does coated in a madras sauce with rice and a naan bread count? :D;):p
im on my 3rd week of 810 plan, i love it :D my first 2 weeks i lost 5lb which i was surprised at, im not far off goal so losses arent as good as they would have been if i had started on it but im more than happy with 5lb in 2 weeks, all you can do is give it a try, if its not for you it will be easy enough to go back down to SS+
