8LBS away from consolidation

Nearing the end of phase 2 of the Dukan journey, lost 47lbs on Dukan since September, so not long to go now.

On the same subject, my partner has been doing Dukan along with me and has only 6lbs to go having lost 42lbs.

So far its certainly been an adventure, long(ish) may it continue....
