    ..Only half a lb loss this week, but at least its in the right direction :). I told my CDC before the weigh in that I wasnt feeling too confident, because although ive always been 100%, I just felt fat and bloated today as im due on soon :( boo! Hopefully next week will be a better loss :) hope everyone has a good result this week xx

    P.S. Probably a daft question, but how do I do half a lb loss on my ticker? :confused: or cant you do that? x

    Thanks everyone :D im still happy! No worries on the ticker, hehe. Ive ordered bars for the first time this week, had a peanut one earlier, yum yum! Any tips? Also, has anyone had any problems with weight loss while having them? xx

    I've had a bar everyday since wk 3 and no problemo!
    Well done 0.5 off is loaaaadddsss better than it on!

    I just figured out how to do the half on the ticker, just put .5 on the end, haha that should of been so obvious to me, but im a tad slow sometimes *blushes* lol xx
