9.5 pound loss since Friday

    OMG people - I can not believe it!!!

    My counsellor and I are doing half weekly weigh ins for the 1st month to keep me motivated - went today 9.5 pound loss since Friday - I couldn't be happier or more motivated!! yyyiiiiiippppeeeeeee :D

    I hope everyone else is feeling good today!
