well all weeke i did the RED (Original) plan

As i knew with EE i was eating way to much lol...

So i chose a plan and stuck to it for 5 days and on the weekend i did the EE.

Drank plenty of water! and lots of ss fruit like strawberries, raspberries etc.

I am sure u will do well too xxx

Me the more u eat the more u lose but I can't eat that much anymore today I've had scrambled egg with a whole onion two peppers and some
Chicken n for dinner peas and pork chop I just don't feel like eating :/. Xx

Try eating fruit..and drink lots of water.

I am sure you will do well.

What i have done is...on my desk I have a big bowl of fruit which i just pick at whislt working.

By the end of the day i make sure i have finished it all!

Strawberries and raspberries are the best xxx

I do the same big tub on my desk of straw

I do the same big tub of strawberry apple grape melon and plums on my desk eat the lot before I go and I've lost 1 stone in two weeks
