My Bad Food diary to be updated once a week after wiegh in on a Monday and a post will contain 1 month.

( Note my signature losses is from my weekly thread it doesnt read in line with this bad food thread)

I have always written what good food's ive eaten and I think its about time I wrote and faced my bad foods instead

Having to put them up here has already made a difference in my thinking.
Seeing it written like this i didn't realise how much it adds up!!.
Im trying to rid , Bread, chips , crisps, sugar., fried. ( butter and all spreads have been gone 2 years but i do slip occasionaly )

1st Month
16 - 22 Jan 12 Wk 1
Mon = Half Packet Peanuts
Tue = 3 Bisc + 3 Chicken Wings + 1 Fish Cake
Wed = 2 Home Made choclate Muffins
Thu = 3 Home made Biscuits, 1 Freddo Head + Half Packet of Crisps
Fri = Lot of Cream Crackers + butter!!
Sat = Packet Crisps
Sun = 2 Freddos + Half packet peanuts
Wieght Gain ...1lb 4oz

23 - 29 Jan 12 Wk 2
Mon = 2 hash browns + 12 Bisc + 5 Mints + 1 large Sweet + 8 Sugars
Tue = 9 x Breakfast Biscuits + 6 Sesame seed snacks
Wen = 1 large choclate bar + 1 Freddo
Thu = Good
Fri = Good
Sat = Orange Galaxy, Pannin Bread
Sun = Caramel Bunnny
Wieght Loss of 1lb 8oz

Mon = Bacon + 2 eggs fried+ 2s bread + Freddo
Tue = Panin + samosa + 6 mini gingerbread men + Freddo
Wen = Tooth extracton first thing GOOD
Thu = 7 chips + 3 pieces small batter + 2 toast
Fri = 1 toast +Garlic bread and cheese+ 4 choc rolls+choc oat bar + white buttons
Sat = 5 choc rolls
Sun = Good
Wieght Lost 2lb 8oz

Mon = Bacon + Egg + teacake + freddo
Tues = small ice cream + KFC + chips
Wen = GOOD
Thu = Packet of Crisps
Fri = GOOD
Sat = Freddo packet crisps

Wieght Lost 1lb 8oz OFF

Total Wieght Loss in 4 weeks = 4lb 6oz

Please allow I had a tooth out and could not eat properly for 2 weeks, however I'm almost convinced that being flat out "Good" for 2 days a week is enough to lose wieght slowly, As long as you don't eat the stock cupboard of your local newsagents in choclate as a daily ritual. Ive been quiet naughty in these weeks too

Aaah, LFM - this post made me laugh - it's realistic and reminded me of myself! (What's a Freddo Head?? Were you just good and left his body?).

Yep it's an eye opener to write it down. I won't go there tho', specially as its a "quick" reply....

Freddo Head shared with my bloke and i wanted the better, munching on his webbed toes is not quiet like eating him:D.
I'm so glad i did this my blokes reminded me of 2 choclate Muffins and 3 home made Biscuits!1 WT?? cant belive what ive eaten. I thought id been better lol.

Nowi can monitor and save my treats instead :)

13th Feb - 19th Feb Wk 5
Mon = Ham + Chips + Freddo
Tues = Sweetsour, housin Duck, ice cream + Freddo VALNTINES
Wen = Large Double decker + crisps
Thu = Burger King Whopper and Pretzel
Fri = Samosa, crisps, ginerbread heart, freddo
Sat = Choclate + Doughnut +Pizza + garlic bread + Coke
Sun = A Cream tea.

Ive walked like a mad man this week, i do still expect to gain but it would of kept some at bay im sure.

Wieght Gain 1lb 14oz

1 bike ride and some walks to counter act the naughties

Wen = Ritz and stilton...not big worry but noted. 6 Chips with GD
Thu = Left over stilton and cracker bread 2 x freddo
Fri = Bread Cheese = cheesy chips at 3am! ( went for a boogie)
Sat = Brie pannine, hot choclate with all add ons / Victoia sponge
Sun = Twirl


Gained 2lb 8oz...rediculouse and so stupid of me GGGGrrrrr

Sun = Small Areo

Mon = Falafels x7
Tues = 5 custard creams - 2 packets crisps
Wen = breaded and fried foods and pancakes OMG naughty
Thu = Good
Fri = Choc bar of 204 calories... rode 12 miles thou :D
Sat = doughnut, butter on a jacket spud.
Sun = sauce and pitta bread, 2 doughnuts, cup cake. ( mums day)

Lost 8oz

Wen = 4 buttons - 2 Gingerbread men - 367 calorie cupcake
Thu = 5 milkyway stars - 6 Ritz - 3 buttons - 3 sugars
Fri = 4 ritz - Lamb Samosa - choc mini milk - 4 sugars- 3 Ritz
Sat = cheesy chips and 4 sugars,
Sun = 2 pieces of toast and Jam

Lost 2lb 6oz ....did ride 20 miles to help it along

Mon = cracker sandwhich x 2 with butter, 2 sugars, rode 11 miles
Tues = small Galaxy Cookie Crummble
Wen = 3 course meal (was slightly naughty) , lots of cheeses ( very naughty) , 5 sugars
Thu = Medium Cadburys Whole Nut, 4 sugars
Fri = Freddo, black jacks , 4 sugars ( walked lots today )
Sat = half Twirl, Packet of Scampi fries, couple salt and vinagar, Half a cadburys whole nut
Sun = Freddo.

1lb ON totaly lost track again.!!

2nd April - 8th April Wk12
Mon = 6 cheesy crackers with Cheese + 4 sugars
Tues = Good
Wen = Chips
Thu = Good
Fri = cheese/ sausgae roll
Sat = creme egg, some white choclate, 4 bunny biscuits
Sun = choclate egg and creme egg and some chesse / butter

Wieghed not my scales ( STS)
What an utter waste of time!!!! 3 months of my life just watsed away.
How stupid and rediculouse, my life is so out of my control i cant even manage this properley.

your thread is a great idea.. the bad stuff put simply so you can keep track without it getting lost amongst the daily "normal" foods as mine usually does.

I had a prob as a tooth was extracted that caused ups and downs but whats amazed me is not so much the food but im now on my 9th week...starting 3rd month. What a waste of the weeks :eek::eek: shocking and what a realization.

Hi Cynical Girl, I just monitor my food, I think we all know in a way what's good and bad. It's just waking ourself up and realising and writing it down realy brings it to life when it's getting out of control.

I've got a very long thread x 2 which I'm hoping to get made into one from around 2010-11 as it's such a relief tobable to find what I went through and read how I got knocked off track ( destructive relationship) I read through and watched my decline as if I was reliving it, I didn't stand a chance and I've been blaming myself along time.
So I think the only plan is a holistic one you must feel complete as a unit , emotionally, mentally. It's outer waves that harm my health. Limit them and your already on the road to change. X

Monday...A Salad came with croutons and sauce ( that's about as bad as I want it to get at this time:) )
Tuesday. ....3 bowls of cereal flakes = to much Milk.
Wednesday , very Small mashed potatoe + Coleslaw on a Salad,

Monday... 1/2 tea cup of chocolate milkshake

Tuesday... Shredded wheat x 2, Cream crackers and cheese x 6.

Saturday...I totally forgot myself today and pinched a McDonalds chip off my granddaughters tray I realised when I had half left so threw it away. ( well chuffed)

Restaurant Homemade Lasagne very rich and cheesy and oily and 2 Garlic breads ,
2 Coffees with 3 sugars in each ... I nearly died of the toxins it was awful and i'm sure made me ill for at least 3 days. Wont be doing this again in a hurry!

Saturday

Carvery, with Yorkshire and sauces, 1 scoop of Chocolate Ice-cream and also a few mouthfuls of GD Brownie dessert.

Sunday
Ceaser Salad Sauce and croutons :O(

All week to much TEA! and maybe cereal again! ( All bran and green Milk)

1 Hot Choclate

A Very Rich chicken ceaser salad,
1 scoop choclate ice cream.
2 scoops of lemon meringue pie
( Mums Birthday meal)

Sunday 12th
Roast with Yorkshire's and roasters. Small nibble of Brownie and a Mini doughnut. Both sweets tasted awfull.

Worst week yet, I'll take it as a holiday as it's certainly not the norm!
