lm moving over from a VLCD and quite nervous about eating carbs :wave_cry: so lm sticking to red days for now till my body readjusts to eating food again any advice would be welcomed,;);)

I really like red days now which I never thought i'd say after 5 years as a vegetarian!

Do you like butternut squash? Make a great substitute for potato (mashed or chips) and has been a life saver for of when on red.

Hi ya, when I did sw before I had my son i lost a stone and a half doing mostly green days and most of it from my tummy so eating carbs helped me lose my weight :)
