A bowl of Honey Cheerios

Can anybody tell me how many grams and what syns pretty please ? I'm really fancying a bowl of them and milk - quick fix because I'm starving and I don't want to hit the left over Quality Street !! xx

anything like that with no free food allowance you can use the calculation of 20 calories = 1 syn, which comes in really handy when doing shopping etc and is accurate.

Does anyone know how many syns there are in bowl of regular Cheerios? If i divide 170 cals by 20 it works out to 8.5, but i'm confused as to why they would be more syns than the honey ones?

Cheerios / Our brands - Nestle Cereals

The 170 calories includes the milk which is why is it higher. it is 110 calories on its own so 5.5 syns for 30g

Thanks, Circes! I usually have them with skimmed milk from my HEXA allowance, so 5.5 syns is much more doable!
