A couple of syn values please...

Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone can tell me the number of syns in the following:

- Peanut Brunch Bar
- a 500ml bottle of fanta

If there are syn values set for these I would rather use these than use the 1 syn per 20 calories rule.

Are you sure you wanna know the syns in fanta? Lol the orange one is 7 syns fanta fruit twist is 9 1/2 can not find the brunch bar

Fanta zero is syn free same as with most fizzy drinks do you have a brand name for your peanut brunch bar?

Cadbury's Brunch Bar Peanut has 145 cals so (because you should round up) this works out at 7.5 Syns. Not surprisingly, this is identical to the official Syn count.

The 1 Syn per 20 cals is accurate when no Free food is involved.

Just a quick one, does anybody know if peanut butter and honey are synable?

Just something showed up on facebook about some recipes for sweet treats with no added sugar to help the sweet cravings and I wanted to know if they would have syns.
