Just wondering how many points you class a cup of tea as?

Just the usual mug, no sugar and semi skimmed milk. (Oh, and a Yorkshire Tea bag!) ....

I've classed them as 0.5pts today - is that about right?

I'm sure you just count for the milk - i always count my 1/4 pint Semi-Skimmed as 1 pnt a day.

    Hope this helps!

Cheers Becky, sounds good to me. I may just count ALL my tea that I drink in one day as 1 point then, sounds easier.

    Thanks very much. :)
