I recently came back from Greece and dreaded weighing myself when I came home ( because I drank to much alcohol which I don't normally do) I was surprisingly shocked to see I had lost just under a stone , I believe that this is because I ate lots of fish potatoes bread I did not deprive myself of anything trust me but it's the fact that it's fresh the way it's cooked healthy fats and realised that my years of dieting I have been doing it all wrong !
So my "holiday pledge " ( like a new years resolution but when u come back from holiday am I the only person that does this ?) was to start making EVERTHING from scratch pasta sauces dips etc , I have no changed my diet in any drastic way I'm still having pizza on a Saturday night , (pizza hut 1000 cals homemade 400 cals) and have now lost over a stone , I wanted to keep a online diary and to meet new people there's nothing like having someone there when you want to curb the crisps is there

Passion fruit & peach shaker ( marks & spencer)
Food wise that's all I ate but I was dragged out by the girls and probably consumed enough alcohol in calories to not eat for a week !
